TICKLING is an ART FORM???

as unusual a genre as it is, it remains a highly popular art form. the population submitting at least 4 tickle pictures a day on deviantart.com alone! and recieving many many views! along with other friendly sites with tickling interests.

so what is the appeal of this fairly new and intriguing genre of art, and tickling in general?
me personally it is my escapism from a bleaque and still lifestyle, I quite like the dominant satisfaction of drawing a character in a helpless surredner to anothers tickles, but also its quite enlightening and doesnt fail to bring joy! i guess its more about power with me, i have none, so my imagination creates a scenario where i do.
but...
It does depend on the individual.

CUTE!
1- For most people, it is just an adorable, cute and a light humorous thing to look at... much like watching someone else being tickled, you would likely laugh along or join in but NOT find it some how sexual^ ^ I.E. your dog or baby sister! you pervert!

SEXUAL DOMINANCE
2A- tickling is a game of dominance, of beating the other person, and with this primal domination function, so can comes the agressive sexual drive (ID) to power its aggresive nature. resulting in many people being sexually active as a response to experiencing tickling in some way (normally the tickler who is dominant over the ticklee). I.E. your girlfriend with the big busty boobies

NON SEXUAL DOMINANCE
2B-^ ^ also when older bros and sis tickle you into submission, this is an act of dominance, but hopefully is not *shudders* anything more!!! no different to being punched or noogied into surrender^ ^ they do it for the heightened feeling of power.

SOCIAL/NUTURE
3- tickling is a natural expression of joy, to tickle is to share a bond with someone/s. A unified moment where several people can share a feeling of playful happiness as one entity.
this renders tickling as a social encounter that brings the people closer together.

WTF/ YOUR MOM
4- tickles are magical jelly beans summoned from light touch, trying to come out of your skin so they can join the four horsemen of the apocalypse, stopping for a cheeseburger halfway.

tickle art can be both an expression of a sexual nature and of a friendly one, ultimately it is a way to share a form of happiness or release many forms of tension.

I have brought this up, to explain the nature of the art i have submitted, purely because i feel people may see it in the wrong light.
