yes. another synth would work.
perhaps a synth that would play something harmonious thus complimenting your melody. your piano is tinny though. destroy it LOL. and get a nicer sounding one.
You could add strings too. theyre nice. and i am happy i dont hear any cheesey claps too. :D yayness. some constructive criticism. :D:D:D

I try to play as much of my music as i can.. I am actually playing a few songs that I have on my list. I sometimes use Fruity Loops 8 to do some songs.
i do work with flash. Lately I have been working on a game. actually it is more of a compilation of games. I will have a lot of the games for the atari like tetris pong mario and maybe zelda!

if it is not beyond your capabilities to recreate such epic tracks.... why not actually compose some yourself? i am sure you could be a wicked composer! give it a blumin try man! your propably gonna be excellent. :D i will check out your other work now to see......

for someone who heard it once, and doesnt know what its from...so couldnt find it...you sure memorised it well. wow. well. none the less. its lovely. and although not composed by you, its still a nice little addition to newgrounds. you could have spiced it up with some other instruments. orchestral ones. nice. :D

This does lack a bit though. requires more structure and a greater layer of instruments. try strings and more percussives. also drop the basic synth. it removes all the drama and clashes, it sounds to Cliche. :D other than that. gd job M8. :D
I actually thought it was lacking a little something to. But I couldn't really figure out what I wanted to add without ruining the way it flowed.

lol its just a loop of a build up i made in a few minutes. sry! i've spent more time on other songs, but this was supposed to be simple. i wanted to see how many melodies i could stack on each other. it turned out decent so i decided to put it up. thank you for the review though!

if he made metal music. this is what it would sound like. truly great. so much more is missing from it though! to make it more epic try adding Glockenspiels, better strings and a deep eery double bass.

however this piece is quite good. interesting ideas i must say.
you could flow your strings together more by slightly lengthening the notes to ovelap eachother. and then add a slight reverb for effect. it makes a difference.
OH! and another thing....
IF YOU KEEP JUST "CHUCKING" THESE COMPOSITIONS OUT. WHAT THE HELL DO THE ONES YOU ACTUALLY "WORK" ON SOUND LIKE! GEEZE! LOL thanks dude. someday, submit something you have really had a go at. i would love to hear it. :D

your vocals.....
they do not blend as well as they could.... mesh them together more using a spacey reverb. same for the violin... or have it slide from one note to another, for a more organic sounding one.
None the less. this is YOUR song and you have put your own ideas out here for us random plebs. thank you. and i particularly like this one. :D
I'm really glad you found this one to your liking because it seems to be my most commonly overlooked song. Don't really know why. :P I understand what you've mentioned about the vocals and the strings, I guess they really could be a bit more... connected, but I guess that at the time, I didn't find it a problem that needed to be dealt with.
