i dont beleive that you have only been a musician for a year. how is that possible?
surely you are a well practiced pianist... guitarist... and simply moved on to computer music for a year.... i mean... it is not possible to learn that much??? also this school you are enroling in? surely it has a years waiting list or something.... that way, you would have to have been good a year ago for them to see your abilities........hmmmmmmmmm..........
....suspect..............none the less! who am i to make such a judgement....i respect you and hope you are not offended by my disbeleif. although explanations would be comforting LOL

and drums and bass! hahaha yeah it is abnormal for a 13 year old. I am not enrolling in school yet but in 6 years then YES!!! i am a hardcore drummer in the jazz band and adv. band at my school. both are filled with eighth graders. I am the only 7th.
And i am good with percussion like in my latest song.

i dont much care for this one. quite repetitive. but i am hypocrit lol. most of my work is. i am to lazy LOL.
you really acheive the desire here. truly unusual style yet again. but not that good. sorry. i mean the structure is good. the ideas are good, but you just cant input the power behind your other work. perhaps it is the choice of genre that makes this impossible? oh well lol. not to worry.

i think it lacks purpose. it is just a song that is apparent in the presence of a listener, as apose to being part of the listener, and engaging with them. although it is catchy. it remains just background music.

This is groovy. i am really getin jiggy to this. none the less, it is a tad "over cheesed" for my liking. it is well composed and the structure is consistent and your slap bass is smart LOL.
well done! again. i knocked one off because although it is fantastically composed. it does not hold that same "x factor" as your other songs... i am not pulled into this one... i am very aware i am listeneing to music.

you can capture anything! any feel! any mood! i may challenge you one day with something unexpected! i would love to see what you can do if you really go all out!
your current music programme is fine. I used to have reason,
i feel a programme is not something which limits your learning, but rather something to enhance it. you do not need another programme. you need to perfect your current one! truly master it! not implying you cant use it.. becaus...duh... you can... excellently. i am just saying you would do well to keep in good practice of what you know.... Be a master in one thing... not a smatterer in them all.
